INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE CHRISTMAS SHOW

Student Arrival is at 10:15 AM Students must arrive in full costume by 10:15 AM. Teachers will be receiving students from the auditorium doors. |
Snacks, Refreshments and 50/50 Raffle
Our 8th Graders will be selling refreshments and snacks plus the chance to win a CASH PRIZE
50/50 Raffle: You can purchase raffle tickets for $20 the length of your arms-span (CASH ONLY). The more you purchase, the more money in the pot. At the end of the show, the winner will receive a cash prize of half the SALES!
Saving Seats
We ask that as a courtesy to all our families, don't leave empty chairs in between your seats. Seat selection is by order of arrival and large groups will likely not be able to sit together. Families who are bringing multiple guests need to tell them to arrive by 10:15 AM. Please be courteous and remember that we are all there to enjoy our children perform. Let's make it a great experience for everyone!

Photos and Livestream
The show will be livestreamed on our FaceBook Page @Highpoint Academy Coral Way. The show will remain posted so you can watch it again as much as you want!
We want our families to relax, have fun and enjoy the show so we'll have a photographer taking pictures of the entire performance. The album will be posted on our Photo Gallery for you to download. When taking pictures, please be mindful not to block anyone's view of the show.
At the end of each performance, every class will remain on stage for a group picture. The class groups will come to the stage again at the end of the show for a grand finale!
